Mark Chamberlain PhD is a psychologist specializing in the treatment of sexual issues, addiction, and marriage. He received his PhD from Brigham Young University. Before joining ARCH he worked at Utah Youth Village, McKay-Dee Hospital's drug and alcohol treatment program, and taught psychology at Brigham Young University-Idaho. He has served on the boards of trustees for a domestic violence shelter, the Association of Mormon Counselors and Psychotherapists, and Evergreen International. Over the last several years he has traveled throughout the United States providing continuing education training for therapists on treating pornography addiction and other sexual problems. Mark is the author or coauthor of several books including Willpower Is Not Enough: Why We Don’t Succeed at Change, Wanting More: The Challenge of Enjoyment in the Age of Addiction, and Confronting Pornography. He and his wife, Jenny, are the parents of seven children.

Jeff Carr is a clinical social worker with expertise in the treatment of addictions and mental health disorders. He received a masters degree in social work and a bachelors degree in psychology from the University of Utah. He has worked in the mental health and addiction treatment fields for several years. For the past five years he has worked at the Salt Lake County Jail and Utah State Prison. He has also worked at Wasatch Canyons Adolescent Treatment Center and Truman Elementary School. His contributions at ARCH are in the areas of: assessment and treatment planning, individual and group therapy and clinical expertise. Jeff lives with his wife and three children in West Jordan.

Rod Jeppsen, LPC is the founder and program director of ARCH (Addiction Resource Center for Healing) in Sandy, Utah. He received his master's degree in counseling from the University of Phoenix. He specializes in treating individuals with compulsive sexual behaviors and their spouses. He has authored three books on overcoming compulsive sexual behavior. Rod entered the counseling field after a successful career in business. After graduating from Brigham Young University with a degree in financial and estate planning and a minor in communications, Rod began training individuals to pass the national stockbroker's exam. Rod has lectured widely on the topic of compulsive sexual behavior and has a unique ability to convey information in an interesting and effective manner. Rod and his wife, Terry, live in South Jordan, Utah, and have three daughters.

Jack Boden, LPC, NCC, received his master’s degree in Education Counseling and completed post graduate clinical training from the University of Phoenix. He is an Emotionally Focused Therapist (EFT) and Supervisor, certified by ICEEFT, and specializes in marriage counseling and relationship building. EFT focuses on helping people move from conflict and distance to a more secure bond, and has proven its effectiveness in numerous research studies (for more information see www.eft.ca). Additional treatment specialties include individual counseling for symptoms of PTSD, depression, anxiety, bulimia, and anorexia using the gentle treatment model of Lifespan Integration in which Jack received advanced training from Peggy Pace (for more information see www.lifespanintegration.com). Before joining ARCH Counseling he worked as a clinician for 5 years at LDS Family Services-American Fork, 2 years in private practice in Pleasant Grove, Utah, and as a therapist for 3 ½ years at the Utah County Division of Substance Abuse. In addition, Jack taught career counseling at Snow College for 2 years. Jack is a 20-year veteran of the US Army. He and his wife Susan have 7 children and 20 grandchildren.

Ben Hemming is a Clinical Social Worker. He received his MSW from the University of Utah as well as his bachelor's degree in Business and Spanish. Ben specializes in the treatment of sexual and substance abuse addictions. He worked at Salt Lake County Youth Services, Utah State Prison Substance Abuse Program and LDS Family Services as a Marital Therapist. His work at ARCH includes group, marital and individual counseling. Ben currently resides in Utah County and loves spending time outside with his wife and four children. Ben also enjoys rock climbing.

Faith Torres is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist. She received a masters degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Brigham Young University and a bachelors degree in Psychology from Texas A&M University. She specializes in expressive therapy, addictions counseling, emotionally focused therapy, and mood and anxiety disorders. Her work at ARCH includes family, marital, individual, and group therapy. She enjoys cooking, reading, and painting and lives with her husband in Salt Lake City.

Michelle Bowman is a Certified Social Worker. She received her Master’s degree in Social Work from Utah State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Marriage Family Human Development from Brigham Young University. Prior to coming to ARCH she worked with victims of abuse at the Child and Family Support Center in Logan, Utah. Her work at ARCH includes individual and group therapy. She specializes in Dialectical Behavior Therapy, which focuses on helping people find the balance between acceptance and change through four core concepts – Mindfulness, Emotional Regulation, Distress Tolerance, and Interpersonal Effectiveness. She lives in Salt Lake County and enjoys spending time with her family, running, and reading.

Sandra R. Jensen, PhD, LMFT received her doctorate from Brigham Young University. She is an Emotionally Focused Therapist and specializes in treating the marriage relationship. She lives in Utah County with her husband and their four children.

Susan Scott is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She studied nursing at Johns Hopkins University and received her MSN from the University of Maryland. She ran a family practice for six years, literally on the other side of the world, in Abu Dhabi, UAE. She specializes in depression, anxiety, and attention deficit disorders. She has recently relocated to Utah for the snowboarding, and enjoys spending time with her three children.

Stacy Robison is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner who has specialized in mental health for over 10 years. She attended Westminster College for her BSN/MSN, and did a masters project on the immune boosting properties of humor. She has over seven years experience with psychiatric patients, both inpatient and outpatient. She has worked with pain management for two years, and has worked in neurosurgery. She has two dogs, and spends most of her free time with family and friends.
